Description
They are constructed in blended-grain style. Blended-style butcher blocks are made using wood pieces of varying length to create the interior rails of the block, whereas the outermost rails feature wood strips that run the full length of the block. These particular counter tops are 1-3/4 inches thick, 30 inches wide, and 120 inches length. Finish options include food-safe natural oil (for tops you will cut upon) and Varnique (a low-maintenance varnish-like coating not intended to be cut upon). Maple is the hardest and most durable North American hardwood. Wood strips of varying length comprise interior rails of blended tops, creating colorful arrays. Top is finished with natural oil (NSF-approved) or semi-gloss Varnique (voids NSF certification). Contact us to request that the NSF logo be applied to the underside of countertop.
